Children aged 5 & under: We do not recommend that children of this age attend & play, but they are welcome to attend a ‘Private Event’ game. They will not be counted as a player and will not need a Child’s ticket. Please notify us via email not later than 1 hour prior to your event to let us know that a child under 5 will be joining your group.
Children aged 6-12 years old: Please book a ‘Child Ticket’ for a member of your party who is in this age range. We regretfully note that children in this age range are only welcome to join a ‘private event’ booking only if the game is past 4:30 PM on a Peak day (Friday – Sunday.)
Attendees under the age of 18: Must always be joined in the room by at least 1 Adult participant.
Peak Pricing (Fri. – Sun.):
Adults: $27.95 (+ tax), Children: $25.50 (+tax)
Off-Peak Pricing (Mon. – Thurs.):
Adults: $24.95 (+ tax), Children: $22.50 (+tax)
Please, if you’ve played a specific game before- do not attempt to visit us with a ticket-only purchase. If you are grouped into the room with a party who has not played the specific game before, you will be denied entry without a refund. Please email us before booking if you have any questions/ concerns.

Please note that all staff has been trained to verify promotions. You will be asked to present a valid form of state or federally issued identification during check-in to qualify for a discount. The person who will be verified must be present and in attendance of the game to which their discount is applied.

For Private Event Bookings
For private event arrivals that are 15+ minutes past the scheduled start time, you may be denied entry without the option to reschedule your game or receive a refund. If you’d still like to play, we will do our best to accommodate you if possible (this is not a promise.) This may mean that you will have time deducted from your game in order for us to remain on schedule.
For General Ticket- Only Bookings
General ticket bookings may include 2 or more parties with a reservation. We will start the game on time if at least 1 party is present. For arrivals that are 15+ minutes past the scheduled start time, you may be permitted to join the game after watching our rules video. Please note however that Escape 101 staff is permitted to deny entry if we feel that this would not be appropriate. You will not be offered a refund and we will not reschedule your game.
- 2 or more instances of cancellations or arriving 15+ minutes late.
- Breaking rules, or damaging items on a prior visit.
- Generating reviews or other writings that are libel.

Technical Difficulty/ Prop Malfunction: We do our very best to maintain a standard of excellence so that each group has a positive experience. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, a technical issue or prop malfunction may occur. If such a rare instance should, unfortunately, occur during your game, we will quickly correct the situation.
Emergency: If an emergency should occur during your game, please use our emergency exit button to vacate as quickly and as safely as possible. If there is a building emergency that renders your game unplayable, we will issue a full refund for your booking, or happily, reschedule the game for you.
Notice: Your Escape 101 gift certificate may include an expiration date. This is due to a printing error and effects cards issued between 08/2016 – 06/2017. If you have a gift card with an expiration date, please email us at Booking@esc101.com. We will honor the full value of the card.
